The heat pump dryer uses the air around the environment to transfer heat to the surface of the material to wet the surface. With the latest cold, warm air drying system, drying temperature of heat pump dryer ranges from 10℃ to 75 ℃. It is more more effectively than any traditional drying equipmentin protecting the drying material color, smell, taste, individual form and nutrition. It can be used to all kinds of agricultural products, fruits , shrimp, shellfish, algae and other seafood drying etc.

Heat pump dryer adopts the principle of reverse Carnot cycle. It absorbs low-temperature heat energy in the air, and becomes high-temperature heat energy after efficient heat collection and integration of the heat pump system, which is transported to the drying room to circulate heating and drying materials, and the hot and humid air in the drying room is directly discharged to the outside of the drying room through the dehumidifier. The heat pump dryer can quickly remove the water in the materials without affecting the original color, shape and nutrient content of materials. The drying oven is equipped with PLC control system, which can realize automatic temperature control. The drying temperature range of the heat pump dryer is 20-80°C, and it it widely used.

Its working principle is: the refrigerant is compressed into high temperature and high pressure gas by the compressor, enters the condenser, condenses the heat of liquefaction, and is used to heat the drying chamber to provide the temperature of the drying chamber. The moisture in the material evaporates and is evaporated by hot air. The evaporated water vapor is beaten through the dehumidification system to achieve the purpose of dehumidifying the dry material. The dehumidification system uses a heat recovery device. The recovered heat is used to heat the fresh air, which can save 60%-70% of the fresh air preheating energy, thereby further saving energy.
