Chrysanthemum drying room is mainly used for drying machines. Drying room working principle:
(1) Compression process:
Low temperature and low pressure refrigerant gas is compressed into high temperature and high pressure gas by the compressor. At this moment, the work done by the compressor is converted into the internal energy of the refrigerant gas, which increases the temperature and pressure, and is called an adiabatic process in thermodynamics.
(2) Condensation process:
The high temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas from the compressor flows through the condenser. It uses the wind or water to continuously release heat to the outside world. Condenses into medium temperature and high pressure refrigerant liquid. When the refrigerant is liquefied, the temperature drops but the pressure remains the same, which is called isobaric process in thermodynamics.
(3) Saving process:
The medium temperature and high pressure refrigerant liquid from the condenser becomes low temperature and low pressure refrigerant liquid by saving the equipment. In thermodynamics, it’s called an isenthalpy process.
(4) Evaporation process:
The low temperature and low pressure refrigerant liquid from the saving equipment flows through the evaporator. Uses wind or water to continuously absorb heat indoors, and evaporates into low temperature and low pressure refrigerant gas. The absorbed heat becomes the latent heat of the refrigerant, and although the temperature increase is not large, the internal energy increase is large. Because the pressure does not change much, it is called isobaric process in thermodynamics.
Drying room skills characteristics:
